About Me
I am a native Japanese speaker and Full Stack Software Engineer with experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, Express, Node, Python, Flask and Postgresql. I am authorized to work in the US.
I took an online intensive software engineering program at App Academy (graduated in May 2022). And I was previously working in the customer service industry for 6+ years, and also working at an IT company as a web director for a year in Japan.
The things I like about coding are the accomplishment every time after creating a project, especially when working with a team, and this is a little bit weird, but I like debugging 🙃. That doesn’t mean I can solve anything, but it feels so great to solve issues and find the “aha” moments.
When I'm not coding, you can find me hiking, snorkeling (if I lived by the ocean 🥺), cooking Japanese food, singing at a karaoke room (NOT a bar) and/or watching Eurovision Song Contest.
I am thrilled to learn more technologies and use the skill & knowledge for good!
